John Sender, P.E. is the owner of Metro Home Inspections LLC. Please call 440-777-5171 or 800-628-6034 (if you are out of the area). We have live operators that can take calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We normally schedule Home Inspections at either 9:00 am or 2:00 pm, every day except Sunday and Holidays. (You are welcome to call us on Sunday to schedule an appointment, and we will follow up with you on the following business day.) The afternoon start time can be flexible, but you must schedule it for 2:00 pm and check with John if he can start it later. We proudly serve the greater Cleveland area, including:

Cuyahoga, Lorain, Medina, Summit, Lake, Huron, Geauga, Erie, Portage, and Wayne Counties.
