Each Home Inspection includes an immediate written report, the ASHI® "Standards of Practice" (which explain in detail what is covered), as well as the "Information Kit". In general, the home inspection and report will cover:

It separates the "legal information" and the "maintenance information" from the body of the report. Therefore, the home inspection report is clear and focused, not cluttered with disclosures, or how-to tips. These items are part of separate documents. We provide this report immediately at the end of the home inspection. We also take digital photographs of key issues discovered during the home inspection. You are welcome to view a sample report .

How long does it take?

A house inspection usually takes 2 to 3 hours. You are encouraged to attend and accompany the inspector.
